Terms and Conditions
1. About us
1.1 Online Travel Card is part of Babbel Group International SL, a private company with limited liability organized under the laws of Andorra, incorporated and with its registered address in Ordino, Carrer de la Covanella, núm. 5 Els Buners 7PB.
1.2 Online Travel Card operates and is responsible for the platform www.onlinetravelcard.com and facilitates an agreement via the Online Travel Card Platform between you, also mentioned as the customer, and local transport providers, also mentioned as the Supplier, on behalf of the Supplier.
1.3 Online Travel Card is an intermediary and our contractual relationship with the customer (and the relationship between customer and our sub-agents) is therefore limited to the correct referral of your confirmation of the order intended for the Supplier with whom you would like to enter into the Agreement (the “Order”) and the transfer of data we receive via our sub-agents and other business partners. Online Travel Card is not an organizer or retailer of travel packages under Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
2. Contracting Services
2.1 Online Travel Card implements an online booking tool that allows you to book third-party airport transfers with or without public transportation on location. Upon completing a booking through our website, you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with the Supplier.
2.3 You are responsible for the use you make of the services and Online Travel Card shall in no case be held liable for any damages that could arise by the correct or otherwise incorrect use of the contracted service. Our services are solely for personal, non-commercial use. The resale of the contracted services for commercial or business purposes is not permitted without any permission of Online Travel Card.
3. Bookings
3.1 Any booking made in your name or on your behalf shall be considered as having been made by you.
3.2 Making a booking does not imply immediate acceptance by the Supplier. The booking shall only be considered confirmed once OnlineTravel Card sends you a booking acknowledgement receipt on behalf of the Supplier. Please note that booking confirmations are always subject to availability as unforeseeable events, including force majeure, may happen in the transport´s area making it impossible or inadvisable to carry out the transportation. In that case, Online Travel Card and/or its Supplier shall be entitled to cancel the booking up until the very moment the tour is scheduled to begin.
3.3 Online Travel Card reserves the right to cancel bookings made by users involved in payment disputes regarding a prior booking or who are involved in actual or suspected irregularities.
4. Price and payments
4.1 The price of the services shall be clearly stated on the website. The applicable price shall be the one published on the website at the time of booking.
4.2. The payment for the services shall be made directly to the local Supplier, unless otherwise stated by Online Travel Card.
5. Final Provisions
5.1 We may amend or adjust these Terms of Use in the future, e.g. to take into account changes in the law, changes in the conditions of content procurement or regulatory gaps; as far as our paid services are concerned, we will only amend or adjust these Terms of Use in the future if there are external circumstances that force us to do so, e.g. to take into account changes in the law, changes in the services of our contractual partners or regulatory gaps. We will then inform you of this in good time and in an appropriate manner. If you object, we or you can terminate the contract with immediate effect.
5.2. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Andorra. As a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
5.3 Partial invalidity - in case any part of these terms and conditions is or becomes void, invalid or otherwise non-binding, the other terms and conditions included herein will remain unaffected.
